Overview
We are looking for a
Global Salesforce Training and Adoption Leader
to spearhead the adoption of Salesforce and other critical sales tools across 8 divisions and 11 Salesforce instances totaling over 9,000 users. This role is about inspiring change, driving engagement, and building a culture where Salesforce and other sales tools become indispensable resources for our producers and sales leaders. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with at least a decade of experience who can manage a team of trainers, collaborate with the Salesforce product team to ensure successful launches of new features, and oversee training for a suite of sales tools, including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MiEdge, and others. This position can be entirely virtual/remote/work from home and you can sit anywhere in the US or Canada. Ownership of Adoption Programs:
Define the overall CRM adoption strategy across divisions and stakeholder groups; own the development and delivery of the standard Salesforce training programs; extend training to other critical sales tools and ensure integration into the sales process; tailor programs to different user groups (new hires, experienced producers, sales leaders). Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trainers; set goals, monitor performance, and drive excellence; align the training team with the adoption strategy to support users at all levels. WalkMe Integration & Adoption:
Use WalkMe to create in-app guidance and training experiences; monitor usage and refine content to improve adoption outcomes. Communication & Change Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to raise awareness and reinforce the value of Salesforce and other sales tools; create engaging content for emails, intranet updates, and presentations. Strategic Leadership & Field Engagement:
Collaborate with the CRM Field Engagement team, participate in branch meetings and leadership discussions; develop coaching practices to maximize use of Salesforce and other tools; advise leadership with insights to improve adoption and sales performance. Collaboration with Salesforce Product Team:
Stay informed about new features and launches; develop and execute launch plans; align training and communication with releases; act as a bridge between product and end users to incorporate field feedback. Multi-Division Support:
Lead adoption across multiple Salesforce instances and divisions; develop scalable solutions for diverse regions and functions. About You
Leadership & Strategic Thinking:
Proven ability to lead teams, engage with senior leaders, and drive strategic initiatives; experience developing trainers to deliver impactful programs. Salesforce & Sales Tool Expertise:
Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, configurations, and best practices; familiarity with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MiEdge, and their integration. Training & Communication:
Exceptional training and presentation skills; strong ability to design and deliver engaging programs and materials; advanced communication skills to influence diverse audiences. Collaboration & Adaptability:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment; self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing needs. Compensation & Benefits
The base pay range is $92,000.00/yr - $179,500.00/yr. This range is provided by Gallagher; actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
