The Merger Integration Analyst is integral to the successful integration of new merger and acquisition partners onto the Gallagher suite of systems and processes. This role coordinates and executes activities related to bringing on new agency acquisitions into Gallagher. You will work closely with Implementation Managers, business teams and technical teams to deliver a smooth M&A conversion. A professional with strong interpersonal skills, project management, technical understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several projects in parallel is sought. Experience with Applied Epic or other agency management systems, and an understanding of insurance, is preferred. How You\'ll Make An Impact

Facilitate and manage integration tasks on automated system conversions working with the implementation manager Support Implementation Managers and the acquired company employees in organizing, planning and coordinating activities and deliverables to effectively integrate the acquired business Plan for and execute integration activities and tasks to ensure a smooth transition of newly acquired entities Manage and complete cleanup of the acquired legacy agency systems, coordinating with GSC where applicable Support Implementation Manager by: facilitating with the M&A teams to prepare timelines with key dates, milestones and trainings; coordinating project lifecycle meetings; saving documentation to Gallagher and Applied M&A portal sites; populating employee lists and due diligence transition questionnaires; preparing presentations and handout materials; pre-data mapping of policy types and companies; collecting and facilitating request packet data; creating and leading the compliance testing process for acquisition data conversions in collaboration with the Implementation Managers; performing other activities across the acquisition project About You

Must be a self-starter, well organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Able to work remotely and with minimal supervision Reliable, consistent and strong teamwork orientation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with PowerPoint, advanced Excel, Word, Outlook and other desktop tools Experience working on projects with deadlines and dependencies Ability to manage activities and tasks for multiple parallel projects Flexible and adaptable to project schedules; ability to work on weekends or outside business hours for testing, acquisition go-lives and other time-based work Collaborative approach and ability to help the larger team meet goals Possible travel to assist in merger experience and annual team meetings Compensation And Benefits
