ProSidian Seeks a Project Controls Consultant [DOE0012011] for Program Support on a W-2 contract basis. Exempt, contingent generally located across the CONUS with emphasis in Richland, Washington, supporting DOE EM Hanford in a Federal, regulated nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Project Controls Consultant candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector experience to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management Sector clients such as DOE. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) acquisition, contract and subcontract management; and project planning, control and management functional area / swim lane / category discipline professional services for Hanford Field Office (HFO). ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position. Job Overview

Provide services and support as a Project Controls Consultant for Hanford Field Office (HFO) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector, focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as the U.S. Department of Energy – Environmental Management (DOE-EM / HFO) and DOE – EMCBC (Cincinnati, OH). Generally located in the CONUS - Richland, Washington and across the Pacific Northwest Region. Acquisition and project management services streamline contracts, control risks, and drive efficient Hanford mission execution. Responsibilities and Duties

Develop/maintain schedules, EVMS reporting, risk integration, and performance reporting. Provide acquisition planning, contract administration, subcontract management, personal property management, real property management, industrial relations, procurement counsel, and cost analysis. Engage in project planning, cost estimating, scheduling, risk management, performance measurement, earned value management, and project direction support. The role is located in the Pacific Northwest, near CONUS - Richland, Washington. Initial work site address (subject to change or remote work): 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520, Richland, WA 99354. For Project Controls Consultant [DOE0012011] (DOE0012011) candidates: 7–10+ years of project controls/EVMS experience; DOE project experience preferred. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications BS in Engineering/Business; PMP/EVP preferred. 7–10+ years of project controls/EVMS; DOE project experience preferred. This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the Environmental Management Sector and focuses on Acquisition, Contract and Subcontract Management; and Project Planning, Control and Management functional areas. Skills Assist program and project management in daily activities; align with Program Support activities for Acquisition, Contract and Subcontract Management; and Project Planning, Control and Management. Integrate risk registers with milestone forecasts. Functional attributes include project controls consulting. Job Tasks: responsibilities related to Hanford Field Office (HFO) GSS; staffing levels may vary by up to +/-15% across the period of performance. Travel: travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the CO, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. Security Requirements: facility clearance for ProSidian team members; DOE clearance indicated in task description where required. Place of Performance: Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA.
