Overview
ProSidian Seeks a Project Engineering Analyst [DOE0087086] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford, a federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Project Engineering Analyst candidates with relevant Environmental Management sector experience to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as the U.S. Department of Energy. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 arrangement with potential conversion to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position. Job Title and Core Focus
Project Engineering Analyst (General Support Services for Hanford Field Office) focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for DOE-EM/HFO, DOE-EM Consolidated Business Center, and related entities in the Pacific Northwest across CONUS. Responsibilities and Duties
Schedule development, EVMS, risk integration, reporting in support of River and Plateau (AMRP) scope under Job Task #04.04. Provide project and contract management support, project controls, regulatory compliance, engineering consulting, waste management, and groundwater remediation oversight. Assess technological approaches, review design reports, analyze project schedules and costs, and oversee field activities to ensure technical and regulatory compliance. Support planning, validate technology readiness, monitor contractor performance, and coordinate with the Hanford Field Office on-site activities (with some remote work as approved). The role is located in the Pacific Northwest region near Richland, WA (2440 Stevens Center Place, H520, Richland, WA 99354). Travel and security requirements apply as described below. Qualifications
Desired Qualifications for Project Engineering Analyst (DOE0087086): 7–10+ years of project controls/EVMS experience; experience on DOE projects preferred. Education/Experience: BS Engineering/Business; PMP/EVP desirable. Functional and technical alignment with Environmental Management sector roles, supporting Oversight and General Support Services under AMRP Task Area. Skills: Primavera P6, EVMS tools, risk analysis; strong analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities. Competencies Analytical rigor, communication, teamwork, leadership, and client service orientation. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to project changes. Deliver integration of risks with milestone forecasts; participate in project engineering analysis for Hanford GSS workstreams. Security: DOE clearance as indicated; facility clearance required for ProSidian personnel and subcontractors performing classified work. Place of Performance: Hanford Site, Richland, WA; on-site work with possible remote support as approved. Government-Furnished Resources: Office space, computer workstations, and required software provided on-site at HFO; performance may be on-site predominantly with some remote work. Other Details
