high-visibility role , you will partner directly with the CEO of one of our business units, acting as a trusted advisor on all HR matters. You will align people strategies with business objectives and take the lead on initiatives that impact talent, culture, and organizational transformation. Job Responsibilities Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational performance, growth, and employee engagement across multiple regions. Lead and support the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, career development, and retention initiatives. Provide strategic guidance and day-to-day support to managers on employee relations, performance challenges, coaching, and policy interpretation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough investigations, effective communication, and strong documentation, collaborating with HR leadership and legal as needed. Champion culture and employee experience by fostering inclusion, building morale, and implementing programs that enhance engagement, productivity, and retention. Design and deliver training, feedback sessions, and leadership development programs to support employee growth and succession planning. Monitor and analyze HR metrics (turnover, hiring, engagement, etc.) to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and guide decision-making. Drive change management initiatives, including acquisitions, restructuring, and cultural transformation, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the organization. Ensure consistency in HR policy application and compliance across U.S. and Caribbean operations while staying current on regulatory and labor market trends. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). 7–8+ years of progressive HR experience, with time spent in an HRBP or leadership role supporting senior executives. Strong background in recruiting, employee relations, and organizational development. Experience supporting field-based, distributed, or multi-state operations is highly desirable. Exposure to HR challenges related to mergers, acquisitions, or restructures is a strong asset. Knowledge of employment legislation across U.S. states; Caribbean labor laws a plus. Clear, confident communication and relationship-building skills. A willingness to travel as needed to stay connected with remote teams and regional offices.
