Staff Product Manager, Terminal - Global Payment Acceptance at Stripe. This role focuses on delivering payment capabilities to all in-person Stripe Terminal users, their developers, and merchants. What you’ll do
Operate at both a massive and nuanced scale, exposing Stripe’s payment infrastructure to in-person via APIs and experiences; address areas such as reducing fraud, driving best-in-class authorization rates for merchants, and expanding payment capabilities. Partner directly with Engineers, Legal, Partnerships, Finance, Product Sales, Product Marketing, Data Science and Technical Operations Specialists. Set a motivating multi-year vision and break it down into measurable, meaningful milestones for the Terminal Core Payments team; create buy-in, craft roadmaps and OKRs, and navigate trade-offs. Represent Terminal and Stripe in external forums by engaging in product discovery and roadmapping conversations. Who you are
10+ years of product management experience or equivalent Technically adept systems thinker, ideally with a Computer Science degree or equivalent experience Experience working on developer products (APIs, SDKs) and building interfaces that support internal or external users Demonstrated success and strong execution in building payment products Great interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication; able to make complex concepts accessible Nice to have
Experience working in the in-person payments space Location & Work Model
Hybrid work at Stripe. This role is available in an office or a remote location (within 35 miles / 56 km of a Stripe office). In-office and remote expectations are outlined by Stripe policies. Pay and Benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $214,300 - $321,500. Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k); medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends. Salary ranges may vary by location and are narrowed during the interview process based on experience, qualifications, and location. Seniority level
