Role Summary: inKind’s Account Executives (AEs) are proactive, collaborative sales professionals who thrive on making connections to move deals forward. The AE contributes to increased sales while maintaining the highest level of service for restaurant partners. AEs drive success by bringing qualified restaurant partners to the underwriting committee and managing opportunities through the seven stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting to close. Responsibilities / Essential Functions

Source, qualify, and close new inKind restaurant partners to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas Maintain a consistent level of activity to keep a full pipeline, including re-engaging old leads and lost opportunities Act as a trusted partner and subject matter expert to prospects and customers Collaborate with the Onboarding Team to ensure smooth launches for new restaurant partners Work cross-functionally with Marketing and demand generation to refine our acquisition approach Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to secure future leads and referrals Accurately track and update deals and communications in Salesforce in real time

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a quota-bearing sales role, preferably in Hospitality Technology, FinTech, or SaaS Hunter mentality with solid sales and business acumen Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly Extensive customer network Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a quota-bearing sales role, preferably in Hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS Experience working with restaurants or food-related clients Experience in a start-up environment is a plus Frequent travel to inKind partner locations; exposure to conditions typical of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, hotels, etc. Primarily remote within Miami, FL
