Responsible for servicing assigned accounts with designated Producers, developing new business, and maintaining client relationships in accordance with company practices. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze commercial accounts for coverage, limits, etc., and recommend appropriate solutions. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to meet service needs. Generate new business from existing accounts and leads, contributing to departmental goals. Gather client information and prepare applications for new or renewal coverage. Draft client proposals tailored to needs, rates, and coverages. Handle all transactions for accounts, including applications, certificates, and invoices. Ensure data accuracy in the agency management system. May handle premium collections. Conduct business with an understanding of its financial implications. Stay informed on industry trends to anticipate profit objectives. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial insurance. Thorough knowledge of commercial lines and markets. Producer's license required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong attention to detail and customer focus. Additional Details:
