CSRS, a Westwood company . Description CSRS is seeking a talented and motivated Transportation Engineering Project Manager. You will represent CSRS in communications with clients from project initiation to closeout, managing the project and all related details. Civil engineering experience in transportation, sewer, and drainage design is essential. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain client relationships, pursue new projects, and seek opportunities. Prepare technical sections of proposals and participate in interviews. Plan, organize, direct, and control project team activities, including scope, budget, and schedule. Ensure quality control and serve as the primary client contact. Set goals, evaluate staff, and mentor less experienced team members. Coordinate staff resources across projects. Participate in contract negotiations and manage billing and scope changes. Meet or exceed performance goals. Communicate project requirements to team members. Allocate resources and manage project progress and client directives. Contribute to hiring, layoffs, and promotions of staff. Minimum Qualifications B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program or equivalent, with continuing education. Registered Civil Engineer in Louisiana. 6+ years experience in roadway design, drainage, sewer systems, and project coordination. Proven ability to oversee and manage engineering staff; P.E. license required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with LA DOTD routes.
