Under the guidance of Network Automation Architects, contribute to customer implementations that transform how enterprises manage their networks. Develop automation solutions using Itential's platform and industry-standard tools such as Python and Ansible. Integrate solutions with major systems including ServiceNow, AWS, Infoblox, and leading network vendors. Engage directly with customers to understand priorities and deliver solutions that drive ROI. Participate in continuous learning opportunities in Itential software and the network automation landscape. Core Stack

Linux, Python scripting, REST APIs, JSON, SSH Ansible, Terraform, Jinja2 templating (training provided) Cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Enterprise systems integration (ServiceNow, Infoblox, NetBox) Git version control, Confluence, Jira Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field Strong foundation in Linux and Python scripting Basic understanding of networking concepts Excellent communication skills and customer-facing confidence Problem-solving mindset with attention to quality Eagerness to learn and grow in network automation Preferred Qualifications

Internship or project experience in networking/automation Knowledge of Ansible, Terraform, or cloud platforms Coursework or certifications in networking Passion for Infrastructure as Code What's In It For You
