=== * We will NOT accept 3rd Party (C2C) Contractors ** === Position:Sr. Project Manager (Digital Platforms) JOB REF#:43881 – JIH5JP00003889 Duration:12+ Months (On-Going Contract) Location:ONSITE – Torrance, CA 90501 Pay Rate:$80.00 per hour (W2 Only) * This role is 100% ONSITE – LOCAL CANDIDATE ONLY* A global company is seeking to hire a Sr. Project Manager to deliver enterprise-wide Digital Transformation projects, working large set of stakeholders & dependencies and Customer Facing enterprise applications with complex integrations. Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed Manages one or more cross functional projects of high complexity Responsible for the management of one or more medium to large sized, moderately to highly complex projects Manage Assigned Projects & Enhancements to new or existing systems: Follow SDLC methodology(Agile/Waterfall) and deliverables Manage project plan, staff tasks and progress & report status Co-ordinate, schedule and chair meetings with multiple stakeholders & distribute meeting minutes Maintain Quality, Cost & Delivery aspects of the project Manage project forecasts, budget, variance etc. and ensure project is on track Create presentation & communication material relevant to a variety of stake holders including business & IT Leadership System Analysis for Assigned Projects & Enhancements to new or existing systems following SDLC methodology(Agile & Waterfall) and creating deliverables(scope doc/functional specs etc.): Workstop facilitation(e.g. JAD Sessions), data analysis, business process and workflow analysis/documentation Gather, refine, and validate complex business requirements and combine into a clear and prioritized backlog. Collaborate with Product Owners and multiple product teams with varying levels of Agile maturity to define product goals backlogs and roadmaps leading to successful delivery: Team coordination: Ensure teams operate with agreed team cadence. Provide support to help teams reflect learn and improve on their Agile practice Dependency coordination: Work with teams to identify and manage interactive dependencies within a complex systems environment Track and manage team Visual Management Boards: Help teams to maintain their team data and collateral; keeping relevant over time to changing needs of the business Continuous improvement: Provide mentoring support to Product Owners and team members to refine their understanding of Agile practices Work with the teams to identify and mitigate impediments and risks to the program The ideal candidate will have the following experience: Experience delivering Customer Facing Enterprise Digital programs involving numerous external vendors and internal teams using Agile at Scale(SAFE framework) Strong Technical background & general business acumen to clearly understand complex business requirements and benefits of assigned projects Ability to perform multiple roles (Scrum Master, Project Manager & Business Analysis) Financials -Budget Management ,Forecasting etc. & familiarity with SOWs and procurement process Experience delivering programs that involve complex data, transactions or integrations Experience using Jira/Confluence tools to manage project artifacts, delivery & support operations REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 7+ years as a Project Manager, delivering enterprise DIGITAL platforms or services that involve complex data, transactions or integrations MUST have experience delivering projects using Agile at Scale (SAFE framework) for delivery Experience delivering projects with Waterfall & Agile Delivery models. Ability to perform multiple roles (Scrum Master, Project Manager & Business Analysis) Strong Technical background to clearly understand complex business requirements and benefits of assigned projects Experience working with enterprise organizations such as Enterprise Architecture, Risk & Compliance, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Legal, Procurement, etc. Budget Management & Forecasting Clear communication skills and ability to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders Desired/Nice To Haves: Automotive industry background, business acumen & understanding of OEM-Dealer eco-system SAFE Certified or SCRUM Certified Calance Consultant Benefits Offerings:
