Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range planning processes in support of large‑scale, international clinical trials Partner with key business leaders to understand business drivers and provide financial insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making Prepare and analyze monthly budget vs. actual reports, identify key variances and trends, and track opportunities and risks to the financial plan Maintain and enhance financial models to support scenario planning, headcount tracking, and program‑level forecasting Assist in the preparation of materials for executive leadership, board meetings, and investor presentations Collaborate with the Accounting team during month‑end close to ensure accurate accruals and financial reporting Contribute to the development of scalable FP&A processes, tools, and systems (e.g., Oracle PBCS, NetSuite) Support ad hoc financial analyses, including business development opportunities, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives Required Qualifications

8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across functions Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Oracle PBCS, NetSuite) preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” Preferred Qualifications

Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare is strongly preferred MBA or CPA is preferred Education

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA a plus Benefits
