Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis Join Kailera Therapeutics as a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis. This role supports R&D and Technical Ops, delivering accurate forecasts, insightful analyses, and scalable reporting processes.

What You’ll Do

Support the development and execution of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range planning.

Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights that drive strategic and operational decisions.

Prepare and analyze monthly budget vs. actual reports, identifying key variances and trends.

Maintain and enhance financial models for scenario planning, headcount tracking, and program‑level forecasting.

Assist in preparing materials for executive leadership, board meetings, and investor presentations.

Collaborate with Accounting during month‑end close to ensure accurate accruals and reporting.

Contribute to scalable FP&A processes, tools, and systems (e.g., Oracle PBCS, NetSuite).

Support ad‑hoc financial analyses, including business development opportunities, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across functions.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Oracle PBCS or NetSuite is preferred.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and willingness to “roll up your sleeves.”

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare is strongly preferred.

MBA or CPA is preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA a plus.

Salary Range $136,000—$170,000 USD.
