We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, operating within Integrate’s culture and core values. Strong design-build experience is highly preferred. Responsibilities
Quantity Take-off Conceptual and Hard Bid Estimating Subcontractor and Supplier Bid Solicitation Bid Analysis and Recommendations for Award Job Start-up activities Insurance Utilities Sequence Schedules and Site Staging Plans Requests for Information Subcontractor Coordination Change Requests Cost Projections Safety Audits Meeting Minutes Weekly Reports Project Closeout Warranties / O&M Manuals As-Built Drawings All other duties as assigned Skills/Knowledge
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management 8-15 years of experience in Project Management Design-Build experience (Integrated Development-Design-Build or Design-Build) and preconstruction experience preferred Fluent in Sage 300 and Procore Represent the Company and project teams in a positive manner in all project meetings Able to meet deadlines on multiple projects at different progress stages Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Strong commitment to safety, quality, sense of urgency and teamwork General
Reporting Relationship:
President of Integrate Construction Partners Supervisory Responsibility:
May manage direct reports (project engineers or interns) based on project assignments Work Environment:
Approximately 70% office presence and 30% field presence, potentially across several states Physical Demands:
Safety is a priority; the role involves potentially hazardous conditions but no minimum lifting requirement specified Position Type and Hours:
Full-time; hours vary by project size, location and deadlines Travel:
Local travel with some out-of-area travel and overnight stays Other Duties:
