Project Manager Integrate Construction Partners is defining a better way to build. Position Summary:

Our team is seeking an experienced Project Manager. This position will be responsible for management of our construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while operating within Integrate’s culture and core values. Professionals with strong design-build experience are highly preferred. Responsibilities: Quantity Take-off Conceptual and Hard Bid Estimating Subcontractor and Supplier Bid Solicitation Bid Analysis and Recommendations for Award Project Scheduling (Master CPM schedule and 4-week look ahead schedules) Job Start-up activities Permitting Insurance Utilities Preconstruction meetings Sequence Schedules and Site Staging Plans Submittals Requests for Information Subcontractor Coordination Change Requests Cost Projections Safety Audits Meeting Minutes Weekly Reports Project Closeout Punchlists As-Built Drawings All other duties as assigned. Skills/knowledge: Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. 3-7 years’ experience in Project Management. Integrated Develop-Design-Build or Design-Build experience, and preconstruction experience preferred. Fluent in Sage 300 and Procore. Represent the Company and project teams in a positive manner in all project meetings. Able to meet deadlines on multiple projects under different stages of progress in a positive and productive manner. Excellent oral and written skills required. Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs. General: Reporting Relationship: President of Integrate Construction Partners Supervisory Responsibility: This position may manage direct reports (project engineers or interns) based on project assignments. Work Environment: This job requires approximately 70% office presence and 30% field jobsite presence potentially spread over several states. Physical Demands: This position requires no minimum to lift, bend or stand. Safety must be top priority as this position operates in potentially hazardous conditions. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Workdays are predominantly Monday-Friday and hours of work vary depending on project size, location, and work deadlines. Travel: Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected.
