Since 1972, Therapeutic Health Services (THS) has provided evidence-based, culturally appropriate and compassionate behavioral health treatment, programs and services for children, youth, and families with substance use and mental health disorders. We are on the frontlines:

We are hiring a Wise Program Youth Partner to join our Youth and Family branch in Seattle. As a Youth Partner, you\'ll play a pivotal role in providing families with the support and guidance they need to navigate the WISe process successfully. From participating in WISe meetings to serving as a bridge between families and system representatives, your work will ensure that families have a voice and choice in their care journey. The hours for this position is 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and the pay is $22-$25 an hour.
Minimum Qualifications
Must have an Associate\'s degree. Bachelor\'s preferred.
Obtain WA state certification as a Peer Counselor consistent with WAC 388-865-0107 or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
Individuals who do not already hold a license or associate license through the Washington State Department of Health must submit an Agency Affiliated Counselor application upon hire and be approved by the DOH.
Ability to complete online WISe training modules within 30 days of hire and be fully WISe trained within 6 months of hire.
Valid Washington State driver’s license and proof of insurance required. Reliable transportation is a must.
