Director of Sales
to lead the launch and execution of a flagship, multi-phase
branded luxury residential development
in Southwest Florida. This executive will oversee all aspects of sales performance, team leadership, and client engagement for one of the most anticipated luxury projects in the region. Responsibilities
Design and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed revenue targets. Recruit, develop, and manage an elite in-house sales team. Build relationships with high-net-worth buyers, brokers, and key referral networks. Collaborate with marketing leadership to align brand messaging, events, and campaigns. Leverage CRM systems to manage pipelines, reporting, and performance metrics. Oversee pricing, inventory release strategies, and incentive programs. Represent the project at high-profile events, broker functions, and private client engagements. Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of luxury residential sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Demonstrated success leading sales for branded or ultra-luxury residential developments. Strong grasp of the ultra-high-net-worth buyer profile and lifestyle expectations. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency with CRM tools, ideally HubSpot. Established relationships across key feeder markets (Midwest/Northeast connections a plus). Compensation
Highly competitive base salary with a performance-based commission structure. Full-time, on-site role; flexibility required during weekends and high-traffic seasons. Summary
