Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Strategy
Oversee daily operations across landscape construction and estate maintenance, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Implement process improvements and strategic initiatives to increase profitability and operational consistency. Monitor and manage budgets, KPIs, and cost controls to drive financial performance. Embrace a “Completed Staff Work” culture—delivering decision-ready, thoroughly vetted initiatives to ownership. Client Relationship Management
Transition and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, maintaining a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Ensure outstanding service delivery and maintain the firm’s reputation for excellence. Anticipate client needs, resolve issues swiftly, and develop long-term trust and loyalty. Team Development & Leadership
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team committed to service excellence and accountability. Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture that supports employee development and retention. Work closely with senior leadership to set standards, reinforce company values, and scale operations. Growth & Financial Oversight
Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities and service innovations. Balance the business portfolio between recurring maintenance and high-end design / build projects. Oversee financial reporting, P&L management, and EBITDA growth strategies. Ideal Candidate Profile
7+ years of experience in landscape operations, general management, or business leadership, ideally in the luxury residential market. Proven track record of managing ultra-high-net-worth clients with discretion and professionalism. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Financial acumen with experience overseeing budgets, forecasting, and profitability metrics. Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and an adaptable, growth-minded approach.
