Senior Product Ops Specialist, Search User Experience - USDS
Base pay range: $110,223.00/yr - $202,667.00/yr Responsibilities
Responsible for improving TikTok search user experience through research for different product functions, content, and algorithm strategies. Provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams on the product's future iterations based on experience evaluation, data analysis, market research and user research. Gather and analyze search user feedback and performance data to develop insights, contributing to the overall decision-making processes of strategic improvements and optimizations. Independently manage evaluation and investigation projects, and be responsible for the overall process from planning to high-quality analytical outputs. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and technical teams to generate evaluation standards and project SOPs. Provide guidance to ensure all project milestones are met and align with the operational standards. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English required to collaborate with global partners, including leading meetings in Chinese and corresponding in chats or emails. Advanced knowledge of search products and search engines; understanding of basic research and evaluation methodologies. Strong logical thinking, deep user empathy and data analysis acumen. Ability to independently develop project plans, oversee local team execution, and perform risk management to minimize project risks; ensure resource availability and allocation to deliver every project on time. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and multi-tasking. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience with local services search is a plus. Excellent data analysis and communication skills. Project management experience preferred. Flexible, adaptable, proactive and self-motivated; proven ability to perform in a rapidly changing environment. About USDS

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $110,223 - $202,667 annually. Compensation may vary outside this range based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package and this role may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and RSUs. Benefits vary by location.
