Our client is seeking a Director, Supply Chain for an excellent hybrid position located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX (DFW) area. Responsibilities
Develop and implement company-wide Supply Chain Strategy, providing strategic decision-making support, visibility, and recommendations to the senior leadership team. Oversee centralized procurement and warehouse operations, including inventory, assemblies, parts, consumables, freight, and supplier contracts & pricing Create and monitor KPI methodologies, partner with internal teams to enhance dashboard and reporting capabilities Partner with internal teams for Demand Forecasts Lead ERP material planning and procurement automation implementation Champion continuous improvement processes and projects Manage and mentor direct reports, as well as training and succession planning Ensure all relevant compliance for valuation and controls Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related Minimum 5 years of experience in progressive supply chain or strategic consulting positions APICS or CSCMP certification a plus ERP Implementation experience Warehouse automation experience a plus Strong analytical and negotiation skills Excellent presentation, communication, and executive leadership engagement skills Experience with change management and ability to influence change across a matrix environment Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Must operate with a high-level of accuracy, professionalism, and integrity Ability to travel up to 25% within Texas
