Branch Sales Manager

Crystal Clean
is a role focused on applying sales strategies to grow the business at new and existing customer sites, with emphasis on the manufacturing sector. The BSM will sell parts washers and environmental services to facilities that include small to medium size industrial and automotive repair businesses. A car allowance is provided and the role may require driving a personal vehicle. Responsibilities
Promote safe work behaviors in alignment with all safety guidelines. Manage customer service and new business development within the assigned geographic area. Pursue additional services with existing accounts. Assess customer needs, present Crystal Clean products and services, and develop new customers. Perform interim managerial duties in lieu of Branch Manager when needed. Perform field tests and proper sampling of various waste streams at customer sites. Develop sales leads for Data-Marketing and assist field sales representatives in selling to new accounts. Complete required paperwork accurately and neatly. Maintain compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development. Adhere to corporate policies and standards including environmental, health, and safety (EHS), HR, facility, equipment, operations, and maintenance. Perform other related duties as assigned. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to interact with customers, branch employees, and other corporate departments. Proficiency with electronic mobile devices, computers, and office equipment. Ability to operate equipment such as hoses, pumps, and truck equipment. Ability to increase sales and foster growth of all lines of business. Work Experience
Sales experience required (HCC sales preferred). Industrial sales experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Education, Certificates, Licenses
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to obtain Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and Medical Card with HAZMAT and Airbrake Endorsements preferred. Ability to obtain TWIC/rapid gate/port pass preferred. Motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets standards, including violations listed (seat belt, cell phone, speeding, DUI, etc.). Physical and Work Environment
Frequent lifting of materials and equipment; ability to handle items up to 80 lbs and 400+ lb drums with proper equipment. Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and manual handling; ability to work in varied environments; reasonable accommodations available. Benefits and Compensation
Average annual earning potential: $75,000 - $100,000 plus benefits (health, dental, vision, wellness program, FSA, life insurance, long-term disability, EAP, tuition reimbursement).
