Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers by building new connections and nurturing existing partnerships. Drive revenue and sales growth across an assigned multi-state territory. Leverage a strong background in sales with a proactive approach to securing new business opportunities. Represent the company at trade shows, association meetings, and other industry events to promote the brand. Provide comprehensive product knowledge and training to dealers, customers, and end users. Coordinate and conduct field demonstrations, including operating machinery at demo work sites as needed. Qualifications & Requirements
In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment/construction equipment. Minimum 10 years of sales experience in forestry or construction equipment. Hands-on expertise in the forestry and construction industry. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems. Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Physical ability to climb on, around, and operate machinery safely. Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting ability. Strong work ethic, motivated, driven, and a collaborative team player. Willingness to travel 60% of the time, with 40% home office work.
