Industry Focus: Construction and Aggregate Capital Equipment Start Date: Immediate Kane Selection Ltd is representing a leading dealer of Construction and Aggregate Capital Equipment solutions with a strong footprint across the Midwest. Due to continued growth and investment in the region, the company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead and grow sales in the Des Moines, Iowa market. This is a full‑time, remote role with strong long‑term earning potential and support from an established team. About the Opportunity

This is a high‑impact territory sales role with significant scope to build market share. The successful candidate will: Take full ownership of the Des Moines territory, driving sales across dozers, excavators, wheel loaders, compactors, asphalt pavers, and related heavy equipment. Build relationships with customers across aggregates, construction, roadbuilding, and recycling. Split and collaborate on shared deals with construction reps and other divisions, ensuring fair commission upside. Manage both smaller contractor accounts and large named customers in the region, with full support from the sales team. Represent the business with professionalism, integrity, and a long‑term commitment to customer solutions. Ideal Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven sales experience in heavy equipment (dealer or manufacturer) or strong customer‑side experience in heavy equipment that transitions cleanly into sales. Knowledge of construction and aggregate capital equipment, or adjacent machinery industries. The ability to engage effectively with stakeholders ranging from jobsite foremen to senior executives. A strong, self‑starting attitude with people skills, charisma, and hustle. Coachability and willingness to collaborate with the branch sales manager and wider team. Location within one hour of Des Moines preferred (relocation considered). Additional Information
