Axos Bank is seeking a Sales Administrator who will play a critical role in supporting both the Small Business Banking and Premier Banking teams, ensuring seamless operational execution, exceptional client experience, and efficient process management. This role bridges front-line sales with back-office operations by assisting and coordinating client onboarding, client servicing, tracking pipeline activity, preparing documentation, and managing communication between internal departments and clients. The Sales Administrator will work closely with Business Unit Leaders, Relationship Managers, Internal and External Partners, and Product Teams to facilitate requests that enhance activities related to sales and client experience. Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze team performance, surfacing actionable insights to leadership and sales managers. Conduct post-mortem analysis of lost opportunities and abandoned applications to identify root causes and implement improvements. Provide support to the Premier and Retention teams by managing activities, sales, and services, ensuring effective oversight of customer sales, service, referrals, pipeline closure, and customer communication. Provide overall support and departmental coordination for team inquiries, ad-hoc requests, and projects. Assist in maintaining accurate sales, servicing, and product tracking reports for Small Business and Premier Banking teams, including pipeline updates, account openings, and product penetration metrics. Monitor and report on performance against sales goals and business unit KPIs, highlighting trends and opportunities. Assist with preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and service activity summaries for leadership. Support Salesforce, Prelim, and other tools case queue management; maintain case assignment and ensure all cases close within Service Level Agreements. Actively engage with inbound customer servicing requests via telephone and online channels as necessary. Create spreadsheets and analyze data analytics and Salesforce data to support RM sales activities and detailing statistics. Assist with planning and executing tactical elements of Sales to enforce best practices, including sales models, processes, methodologies, KPIs, productivity metrics, and lead management. Foster strong partnerships with the Sales and Account Management teams in the Lending and Banking business units. Partner with Sales Management to oversee day-to-day process execution and adherence to policies, identify problems, and recommend corrective actions. Own the sales reporting framework, including dashboards that track pipeline activity, conversion rates, account growth, and product penetration. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted. 2+ years in a banking sales support, client service, or operations role, preferably in both retail and business banking environments. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of banking products, preferably Business and Premier/Personal wealth banking. Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to deliver strategic outcomes in the Small Business and Premier Business units. Compensation and Benefits
Target Range: $20.00/Hr. - $25.00/Hr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10% and an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%.
