Lead and provide technical guidance to mechanical project teams. Manage and attend client meetings, ensuring project objectives are met. Oversee construction phase services with a focus on quality and efficiency. Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and learning. Contribute to business development efforts with innovative solutions. Regular travel to military bases and airports as part of the lead mechanical engineer role. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or architectural engineering from an accredited college or university At least 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering PE license in any state and ability to obtain in additional states as needed Expertise in mechanical system types, such as hot water, chilled water, condenser water systems, VAV, Geothermal, VRF systems, DDC control systems Experience in sustainable design, steam systems, commissioning services, and plumbing systems Proven track record as a project lead Experience in designing mechanical systems for Federal Government projects Commitment to sustainable design and innovation Ideal candidate has performed federal DoD or National Guard services work Equal Opportunity
