Overview
Belay Technologies is seeking a System Engineer to join our intel team. We are looking for a Systems Engineer with strong project management skills to provide engineering and project management for end-to-end data flows in support of the Data Transformation Solutions (DTS) TTO. The successful candidate will elicit and refine requirements, schedule work breakdown to deliverables, document artifacts, and provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows, including transformation into a standard data model. The individual will form good customer relationships and engage external customers for requirements and understanding of the data and user needs. They will have a solid understanding of the customer data flow architecture and will work as a key contributor in an agile development environment.
Responsibilities
Apply systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement
Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts
Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives
Ensure the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables across one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC 15288
Qualifications
TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline from an accredited college or university plus six (6) years of systems engineering experience
OR a High School Diploma or GED plus ten (10) years of general system engineering experience
OR a Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience
OR a PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or related discipline plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience
Desirable Skills
Operational experience in data flow engineering, data processing, and National to Tactical integration/Tech SIGINT

$168,000 to $240,000
