What You\'ll Do

As the newest part-time optometrist, you will join a dedicated team of seven employees to conduct routine comprehensive exams and provide exceptional patient care. The work schedule is three days a week: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. There is flexibility to work additional days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, totaling 24 hours per week. The practice offers a benefits package that includes paid time off, a production bonus, malpractice insurance, a continuing education allowance, and a relocation stipend. Who We\'re Seeking

You are an exceptional Optometrist with an attentive, sincere demeanor and excellent communication skills that foster strong patient relationships. A commitment to ongoing education and community involvement will be key to thriving in this role. The practice values high-level clinical skills and the ability to provide services aligned with its specialties, including primary care, high-end optical sales, family practice, glaucoma management, dry eye treatment, nutraceuticals, and surgical co-management. Professionals with one to three years of clinical practice experience and current knowledge of optometric technology and practice specialties are encouraged to apply. Job Specifications

Typically Has The Following Skills Or Abilities Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure 1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties
