IronCircle is looking for a creative and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to help shape and elevate our brand in the rapidly growing EdTech space. This role is ideal for a marketer who’s passionate about transforming education through technology and crafting stories that inspire learners, educators, and partners alike. This role leads multi-channel marketing strategies that drive product launches, customer acquisition, and brand growth. It involves shaping and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, ensuring brand consistency, and differentiating our offerings in a competitive landscape. The role works cross-functionally to align teams around a unified marketing strategy with a customer-first approach, develops messaging frameworks, oversees product positioning, and ensures a strong, consistent brand presence across all channels. Branding efforts should support admissions enablement, customer engagement, and business growth. Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand strategy that strengthens awareness, credibility, and loyalty among learners, educators, and enterprise clients. Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and experiential channels. Partner with product, content, and sales teams to align messaging and ensure brand consistency across all communications. Manage the brand identity system, ensuring visual and verbal consistency across internal and external materials. Conduct market and audience research to uncover insights that drive positioning, creative development, and campaign optimization. Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies on advertising, video, and storytelling initiatives. Track performance through KPIs and analytics, using data to refine campaigns and demonstrate ROI. Support executive thought leadership, brand partnerships, and event activations that elevate brand visibility and engagement. Stay informed on education trends, learner behavior, and competitive positioning to guide brand evolution. Qualifications

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 5–7 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within the EdTech, e-learning, or digital training industries. Proven track record of building brands that connect emotionally and drive measurable engagement. Experience managing cross-functional teams and executing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Skills & Competencies Deep understanding of the education technology landscape and learner engagement strategies. Expertise in brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and storytelling for diverse audiences. Strong analytical mindset—able to interpret learner and campaign data to drive decisions. Proficiency in marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, SEMrush, or similar). Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Creative, curious, and passionate about advancing access to education through technology. Preferred Qualifications Experience with partnership or demand generation marketing in EdTech. Familiarity with LMS platforms, online credentialing systems, or B2B education solutions. Ability to thrive in a mission-driven, fast-paced, and data-informed environment. Our Offer
