Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, content) to boost platform adoption. Own brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (website, ads, social media, PR). Analyze market trends and user behavior to optimize ROI on marketing spend. Manage SEO/SEM, paid social, and affiliate marketing strategies to scale acquisition. Partner with product teams to launch features, leveraging user stories and case studies. Lead community-building initiatives (webinars, partnerships, influencer collaborations). Track KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and report on campaign performance. Mentor junior marketers and manage agency/vendor relationships. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, brand management, or digital marketing. Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, or similar. Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, A/B testing, and CRM platforms. Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills (Canva/Adobe Suite a plus). Familiarity with marketing automation and attribution modeling.
Data-savvy mindset with ability to derive insights from metrics. Fluency in
both Mandarin and English
(for global campaign coordination). Bonus:
