Have a strong background in design, interiors, or sales experience in a design-focused industry
Are confident, personable, and naturally great at connecting with people
Know how to guide clients from vision to solution with elegance and precision

What You’ll Do
Collaborate with interior designers, builders, and homeowners to specify the perfect plumbing and hardware products
Manage and grow your own book of business
Guide clients through the selection process with warmth, creativity, and professionalism
Stay ahead of design trends and product knowledge to be seen as a true resource
Build long-term relationships that keep clients coming back by landing new clients and expanding existing accounts

The Details
Full-time | M–F | No weekends
Base salary + commission pay with no cap

Annual pay range: $40,000 to $150,000+
