1-year contract to start with potential to extend or convert 100% onsite in Overland Park Responsibilities Write and Edit powerful content for Company-hosted webinars, including outlines, scripts, and high-converting promotional materials. Develop Speaker Assets like talking points, presentation decks (PowerPoint proficiency is a must!), and messaging guidance for our experts speaking at high-profile national panels, events, or workshops. Be the Lead Voice: Work in real-time with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to curate content, ensuring every piece is cohesive, brand-aligned, and highlights the company's unique enterprise advantages and leadership. Own the Content Approval Workflow end-to-end, acting as the key coordinator with Marketing Operations, Legal, PR, Sales, and Brand to ensure regulatory and reputational compliance on all public-facing content. Manage Visibility: Provide a clear view of where and how our leaders are speaking externally to maintain alignment across departments. Drive Consistency: Ensure all webinar and event content aligns with the Business Unit's brand voice and strategic positioning, maintaining quality as the company garners increased attention from media, regulators, and competitors. Matrix Manage a diverse group of stakeholders across Marketing Operations, Brand, Social, Paid Media, internal content studios, and Legal to execute flawless event content. Editorial Excellence: Manage a centralized editorial calendar and content inventory, tracking deadlines and deliverables to meet strategic communication goals. Speaker Readiness: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all speakers are prepared and their materials are fully optimized for audience relevance and impact. Essential Qualifications Proven Experience writing for and creating content for enterprise and/or government audiences (ideally in tech, telecom, cybersecurity, or digital transformation). Mastery of Writing, Editing, and Project Coordination. You can manage a complex content process from concept to final delivery. Familiarity with Content Approval Workflows and managing stakeholders across PR, Legal, and Brand teams. High Proficiency in PowerPoint. Experience collaborating with senior leaders and SMEs and managing an editorial calendar. Understanding of webinar formats, promotional content, and event communications. Priority Soft Skills Ability to Matrix Manage Stakeholders across multiple departments. Proactive Communicator who anticipates needs and drives accountability. Ability to Persuade Others to ensure brand and compliance standards are met. Preferred Skills & Technology Background in Telecom or Enterprise IT. Familiarity with Virtual Event Platforms, preferably On24. Experience with CRM platforms like SFDC and B2B email campaign strategies. Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices.
