The Vice President of Strategic Marketing, Brand & Communications Development is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing marketing, branding, communications, and public relations strategies. The VP will oversee brand management, corporate communications, marketing, and public engagement to enhance visibility, reputation, and market share. This role requires a visionary leader capable of marrying creativity with data-driven insights to drive impactful campaigns and stakeholder engagement. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of senior experience in marketing, branding, or public relations, with proven success. Expertise in developing and implementing integrated marketing and PR strategies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and media relations. Data-driven decision-making skills with strong analytical capabilities. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM, and analytics platforms. Ability to generate insights from data analysis and market research to inform strategies. Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities to expand market presence. Develop outreach initiatives aligned with MAPFRE Foundation's mission and values, ensuring community engagement. Collaborate with CSR teams to design impactful community initiatives. Create narratives and reports highlighting the foundation’s achievements to stakeholders.
