The Substation P&C Designer will report to the P&C Design Group lead and will perform design tasks under supervision. Responsibilities include: Developing general arrangements, equipment plans, elevations, sections, control house layouts, grounding design, conduit and cable design, bills of materials, and cable schedules using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Performing electrical P&C design for substations from 4kV to 500kV. Collaborating with engineers and other designers on high and extra-high voltage substations. Interpreting vendor information into design deliverables. Applying client design standards correctly. Self-checking work before quality review. Managing multiple projects concurrently.
