Job Overview: The Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in executing and evolving Adore Me’s social media strategy across multiple platforms. With a community of over 870K followers on Instagram and 590K on TikTok, this role will focus on creating engaging content that reflects the brand’s unique voice and strong personality, while driving growth and deepening audience connections. RESPONSABILITIES: Help develop content strategies across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Pinterest, YouTube) for both video and static content Lead community management across platforms, including comments, direct messages, and brand interactions Manage scheduling and posting of content across platforms Help produce and edit lo-fi short- and long-format video content for social, both in-house and during photoshoots Help lead livestream efforts for social platforms alongside the Adore Me website for key monthly moments. Create and design creative assets such as graphics, GIFs, and other visual content to support campaigns Stay current on social media trends, cultural shifts, and emerging influencers to drive engagement and growth Conduct analysis to identify insights, trends, and opportunities that inform and optimize strategy Build and manage dashboards to track performance, ensuring best-in-class analysis and recommendations Suggest and manage the implementation of new strategies, projects, and social media experiences with measurable impact Benchmark competitors and research industry leaders to understand and apply best practices in social media Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong team spirit while managing multiple stakeholders QUALIFICATIONS: You should have at least 2 years of professional experience working in and/or managing a social media project and be very comfortable with social media editing tools & KPIs You must be passionate about social media and pop culture! You should be someone who stays on top of the latest developments in the platform/space, testing the latest opportunities, reiterating, and revising accordingly. We are seeking someone with excellent analytical skills and the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is a must! You should have a great eye for visuals, including photography and graphic design. We are looking for someone highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently while building strong internal relationships and consensus on critical initiatives. You should have strong project management, organizational, communication, and leadership skills to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and projects. You will be expected to learn quickly and work in a constantly changing, fast-growing start-up environment! Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey recommendations and conclusions clearly to senior leadership, are a must.
