Join us!**THE ROLE:**The Analyst, Customer Journey Analytics & Insights will contribute to the creation of a best-in-class marketing insights program by supporting the Signet organization with deeper insights within customer journey analytics. You will be responsible for the reporting and ongoing measurement of various email marketing campaigns including CRM, personalized segments, and SMS efforts. This role will utilize Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and our Enterprise Datalake (EDL) to gather, monitor and track insights. You will be a strategic partner alongside the business and CDP teams, responsible for turning business requirements into easily digestible insights. In addition to campaign reporting, this role will leverage a deep understanding of omni-channel customer behavior to generate insights that improve the customer experience and drive new opportunities for engagement and activation.”**RESPONSIBILITIES:*** **Campaign Reporting & Analysis** – Own the measurement and reporting of customer outreach efforts to determine the success of email and SMS campaigns* **Customer Omni-Channel Deep Dive Analysis** –Lead deep dive customer behavior analyses to identify ways to enhance customer experiences and to identify new opportunities for activation* **Develop Actionable Insights** – Translate business requirements into clear, accessible reports that enable teams to monitor and evaluate campaign performance* **Strategic Partner and Stakeholder Collaboration –** Work cross-functionally with teams such as CRM and CDP to align on data integrity, reporting requirements and defined metrics to ensure business needs are prioritized and met* **Data Alignment & Analytical Quality Assurance –** Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and campaign strategies to validate end-to-end date accuracy – from initial business requirements to campaign execution in the CDP, to outcome tracking in Customer Journey Analytics and the Enterprise Data Lake. Ensure results align with intent to proactively identify gaps or inconsistencies.**REQUIREMENTS:*** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is highly desirable, but not required.* 5-7 years of relevant work experience in business intelligence, data analytics with a focus on research and insights generation* 1-2+ years of experience working in Adobe CJA – creating reports and awareness of backend architecture* Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and PowerPoint as it relates to visualizing data* Able to incorporate vision and broader goals into work products and deliverables* Proficient with SQL for querying large datasets* Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau)* Demonstrated a curiosity-mindset and ability to identify patterns in data* Team-oriented mindset with the ability to take direction and collaborate across various internal teams* Strong presentation skills, both verbal and written* Creative problem solver* Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of projects with minimal oversight* Demonstrates a proactive mindset with a strong bias for action and continuous improvement* Commitment to building strong relationships* Ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple tasks **BENEFITS & PERKS:**We believe in rewarding top talent with a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support your well-being, professional growth, and work-life balance: **Premium Healthcare Coverage** – Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans to keep you and your family covered.
