Towards this, Signet continues to prioritize key segments and personalize their marketing communications to create value for customers and for Signet. To mobilize this transformation, Signet is combining all CRM activities into one team.
As the **CRM Campaign Manager,** you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, strategy, deployment, testing, and iteration of you assigned brand(s)’ foundational Emails and SMS while working closely with the other CRM Managers to complete a holistic communications calendar.
In alignment with Signet agencies, you will oversee the campaign execution process from start to finish, ensuring all channels are ready and available, owning campaign build, QA, and deployment. This involves configuring campaigns on the appropriate channels, e.g. Sailthru for email, and ensuring the proper execution of specific audience requirements, launch date/time, and other details listed in applicable briefs.**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSTENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*** Own Email and SMS across assigned brand to ensure programs are set up for YoY revenue and list growth. Includes approval of monthly calendars, leading the charge to ensure the correct branded customer experience through storytelling, and managing a robust testing schedule.* Collaborate to deliver creative briefs, execution, and measurement and reporting.* Own CRM governance as it relates to pop-ups and email best practices.* Partner with other CRM CampaignManagers to bring to life a holistic CRM strateg* Monitor competitive CRM communications and share insights across Signet brands**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:****Education Required:**
A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
**R****equired or Acceptable Job-Related Experience:*** Experience in Email and SMS execution, preferably in a fast-paced environment* Familiarity with email builds, deliverability best practices, and troubleshooting techniques* Experience with audience segmentation and personalization**Required Skills:*** Proven experience in marketing execution, including email design, segmentation, deployment, and reporting* Experience working with marketing automation workflows to deliver timely, personalized messages* Strong experience with channel execution tools (e.g. ESP, Sailthru, Attentive, Movable Ink)* Strong analytical skills, able to support analysis campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to the team* Experience working cross-functionally and with agencies to execute marketing campaigns**Years of Job-Related Experience Required:**Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in email planning and execution**Technical/Other Skills Required:*** Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and technical teams* A detail-oriented approach to work with a focus on accuracy and quality* Strong analytical skills, able to analyze campaign performance data (e.g. Adobe Analytics), identify trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve future campaigns**BENEFITS & PERKS****:**We believe in rewarding top talent with a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support your well-being, professional growth, and work-life balance: **Premium Healthcare Coverage** – Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans to keep you and your family covered.
