Job Summary For Creative Strategist (Contract)
Location:
Bentonville, AR / Hoboken, NJ / San Bruno, CA Summary Develop compelling, omnichannel creative strategies for brands, aligning with business objectives. Partner with Art Director and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, forward-thinking marketing and creative solutions for Walmart’s Client Connect advertisers. Craft effective frameworks, compelling solutions, and persuasive storylines for multiple audiences. Translate data and insights into actionable creative and marketing strategies. Build and maintain strong business relationships across Client Connect, Enterprise Marketing, Site Merchants, and Retail Marketing. Oversee the development and execution of customer-facing communications and reports. Stay current on advertising and digital media trends, with a solid understanding of the competitive landscape. Lead and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environment. Collaborate in cross-functional planning sessions with product, strategy, marketing, and sales teams. Curate and amplify creative narratives throughout the organization. Develop metrics and measure campaign performance, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data. Ensure consistency and connection between supplier advertising initiatives and Walmart customer messaging. Manage the planning cycles and processes between Walmart marketing, cross-category solutions, seasonal, site experience, and product teams. Communicate and present complex ideas effectively, both in writing and verbally. Top Skills Required Ability to thrive in ambiguity with strong critical thinking and adaptability.
