Expand Drug Pipeline:
Increase medication and service availability through our pharmacy channels Market Insights:
Inform leaders on trends and strategy utilizing data and insights to help with decisioning on offerings and products Pipeline Planning:
Define revenue targets and go-to-market plans. Strategic Partnerships:
Identify and own strategic partnerships that support H&W strategy to grow in areas of focus External Engagement:
Represent H&W in industry forums that open opportunities to serve clients and patients What you'll bring
Pharmacy background with a focus on building relationships and driving growth Expertise in building unique products and offerings using data to inform decisions Background in negotiations and contracting Experience and passion for delighting customers and managing strategic accounts Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop high-performing teams toward shared goals About the team

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field, with 6 years’ experience in business development, market development, or product development, or 8 years’ experience in these areas with at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications
Masters in Business Administration or related field is preferred. Experience in preparing and executing budgets, sales, and working on cross-functional teams is advantageous. Primary Location
