The brand focuses on designing inspirational, attainable forever pieces and has built a bespoke bridal and accessible fine jewelry collection.
About the Role:
We seek a reliable and hospitable Door Ambassador for our boutique in West Village. As the first client contact, you set the tone for the experience, demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm that reflect Leap and Ring Concierge values. Responsibilities include managing client flow, maintaining store capacity, ensuring safety, and creating positive interactions.
The role requires strong communication skills, team collaboration, visual merchandising, and embracing technology. Support tasks include store opening/closing, security protocols, and carrying store keys as a trusted team member.
Position Requirements:
Minimum Age: 18+
Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing industries; security/loss prevention experience is a plus.
Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
Physical ability to stand, walk, use ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Hourly Pay Range:
$21-$23, based on experience and skills.
Interpersonal Skills:
Hospitality-driven, genuine, and proactive in creating connections.
Reliable, punctual, and empathetic in client interactions.
Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented, communicative, and brand passionate.
Detail-oriented and efficient.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Monitor product placement and store capacity.
Communicate loss prevention insights.
Engage clients to enhance NPS and shopper experience.
Maintain organization and operational efficiency.
