Responsibilities
Lead solution design workshops and blueprinting sessions for Manhattan Active Omni (MAO), ensuring alignment with client business processes and best practices.
Translate complex retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel fulfillment requirements into scalable MAO configurations and designs.
Partner with global client stakeholders, technical teams, and program leadership to define system architecture, integrations, and key design decisions.
Oversee end-to-end solution design across order management, customer engagement, inventory visibility, and fulfillment execution.
Provide expertise in requirements gathering, gap analysis, functional documentation, and design sign-off.
Support testing strategy, change management, and knowledge transfer throughout project lifecycle.
Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, driving adoption of Manhattan best practices and ensuring solution scalability.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in solution design or architecture for Manhattan Associates products (with deep expertise in
Manhattan Active Omni ).
Strong retail, e-commerce, or omnichannel fulfillment background, including order management and customer experience design.
Proven track record leading global design initiatives and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders across regions.
Familiarity with adjacent Manhattan products (WMOS, MAWM, TMS, DOM) and ERP/API integration best practices.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
Must be U.S.-based and available for international travel (Germany).
