Program Planning and Development: Oversee Immigrant Health ACCESS program and monitor the program to ensure continued access to integrated health care for uninsured immigrant and refugee adults. Evaluate needs of immigrant and refugee communities and develop modifications or new initiatives as needed. Participate in CNNC activities and stay abreast of current immigrant and refugee needs. Write and submit grant proposals to increase the scope and reach of services. Serve as primary contact for funding agencies and partners. Collaborate with academic units such as Social Work to support similar grants and services across UNCG. Program Monitoring and Evaluation: Develop and maintain tools for program documentation and data collection. Monitor and analyze program data to track progress toward goals. Conduct regular evaluation activities and implement improvements. Oversee grant management, including budgets, invoices, staff hiring, and grant reporting. Community Outreach and Partnerships: Collaborate with GCCN agencies and partners to ensure guidelines are met and services provided. Market the program and coordinate outreach through Community Health Workers, events, and social media. Cultivate collaborations to address resource gaps for immigrant and refugee communities. Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise Refugee Health Coordinator, Program Associate, and Community Health Workers. Provide coaching, training, and case consultation. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Qualifications

Minimum: Master’s degree in Health or Social Sciences in a related field, or Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience. Preferred: Fluency in English and at least one other language; experience with local refugee and immigrant populations; trauma-informed care training; experience with grant reporting and data management; experience in public health or health-related case management.
