What You Will Do
Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic visibility and traffic
Own ASO strategy for iOS and Android apps: keyword research, metadata optimization, A/B testing, creative assets
Own AI optimization strategy: leverage generative AI, search AI, and personalization technologies to enhance discoverability, content performance, and user acquisition across web and app ecosystems
Conduct site/app audits to identify performance gaps and implement improvements
Track, analyze, and report on rankings, traffic, conversions, and retention using analytics and attribution tools
Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to align SEO/ASO initiatives with business goals
Monitor competitor trends, search engine updates, and app store algorithm changes to stay ahead
Drive experiments to improve CTR, CVR, and user acquisition efficiency
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of hands-on SEO/ASO experience with measurable results in growing organic traffic and installs
Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, AppTweak/Sensor Tower, GA4, and attribution platforms
Strong understanding of mobile ecosystems, app store ranking factors, and mobile-first indexing
Technical know-how: site architecture, crawlability, structured data, mobile UX, and performance optimization
Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills
Bonus: experience with localization/global SEO and paid UA strategies
Location This position will be remotely based in the United States

Anticipated Base Pay: $100,000 - $150,000 + participation in our annual bonus plan
