Every day, we get to help our members move their finances forward with care, compassion, and an empathetic touch. We put people first and treat them like humans, not account numbers.

Job Description We are looking for a results‑oriented, high‑energy Product Manager with proven product management skills and a track record of driving business impact. This is a cross‑functional leadership role that blends product management, SEO strategy, and growth experimentation. The focus will be on cross‑team collaboration, planning and executing key initiatives, with a solid understanding of the evolving search landscape and a desire to learn—including Google’s AI‑driven SERPs, LLMs like ChatGPT, and emerging social platforms like TikTok and Reddit.

The ideal candidate will have strong SEO understanding, excellent project management skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll lead strategic and technical efforts that drive organic growth across our portfolio of financial products and content assets. You will thrive in cross‑functional collaboration and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to solving problems and identifying opportunities. You’ll lead the charge in scaling brand and non‑brand visibility, and adapting our growth engine for future search behaviors across web, social, and AI interfaces.
