The role of
Marketing Coordinator
is an opportunity to play a hands-on part in amplifying N2Growth’s thought leadership, digital presence, and global brand. Content creation will be a central part of your day-to-day work, including blogs, webpages, social media, newsletters, and campaign assets. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will also support campaign execution, media outreach, website updates, and data-driven insights that directly contribute to the firm’s growth and reputation. Responsibilities : Lead N2Growth’s social media presence by managing and growing engagement on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms through strategic content creation, scheduling, and optimization. Draft and publish blogs optimized for SEO and AIO to strengthen N2Growth’s brand voice, search visibility, and authority. Adapt long-form content such as white papers and interviews into blogs, social assets, and newsletters to extend reach and amplify thought leadership. Contribute to integrated 360° campaigns by coordinating assets across email, social, web, and PR channels from concept through execution. Support the development of webpages by contributing to copy, design, and structure, ensuring they are optimized for SEO, AIO, UX, and UI. Expand media visibility by researching and connecting with business and industry outlets, supporting press release distribution, and cultivating relationships. Optimize marketing operations by helping maintain HubSpot, developing automated campaigns, and ensuring data accuracy to support lead generation and nurturing. Analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations and fresh ideas to enhance campaigns. Qualifications : Exceptional writing and grammar skills, with the ability to capture brand voice and tone across different audiences and platforms. Strong design sense with experience using Canva (or similar design tools) to create digital assets. Experience managing and growing social media channels, especially LinkedIn. Video editing skills for social and digital content. Familiarity with HubSpot and Google Analytics. Knowledge of SEO and AIO best practices for content and web optimization. Technologically savvy and can easily adapt to new systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
