Job Description
Under the direction of the Inventory Manager, the Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for providing the assembly department’s all hardware needed for production orders as well as maintaining organization and accurate inventory of the Modula area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Clocks to and perform transactions in Shop-Trak. Conduct Inventory of tools, parts, and supplies and resupply as needed. Works with peers to coordinate movement assembled parts and/or products to the next step operation Unload, receive, and store raw materials and supplies Maintains accurate stock counts. Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages. Creates detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels to include root cause analysis. Suggest solutions for continuous improvements. Communicates with co-workers, Plant Managers / Supervisors to ensure accurate reporting, material usage, and labor reporting. Reviews and audits inventory reports and transactions electronically. Researches, Analyzes, and Reconciles all variances reported. Cycle counting of all material in the warehouse with a concentration in the Modula area. Perform necessary inventory reconciliation and adjustments for items. Rectify Receiving, Picking, and Replenishment errors in a timely fashion. Completes requests from Purchasing, AP, Engineering and Production Departments. Follows safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment as required Maintains equipment and work areas; cleans and performs basic repairs as needed. Other duties may be assigned. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required Possess basic arithmetic skills Possess knowledge of personal computers skills (Intermediate or above Excel skills required) In-depth understanding of accounting principles concerning inventory, sales, and gross margin. Ability to work independently and within a team structure to stay on schedule. Uses measuring tools such as squares, scales, rulers, calipers and tapes accurately Ability to analyze data electronically. Ability to edit data in a quick and highly accurate manner Communication and people skills; team player willing to learn Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (i.e., ability to wear required PPE, work in a dusty, hot, non-climate-controlled environment; with stairs, frequent walking, standing and occasional lifting of material). Ability to work off shift hours in support of plant initiatives. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in core Inventory Control role within 90 days of hire. Physical and Mental Demands

High school diploma or GED (required) Minimum one year experience in a manufacturing environment Must have 2+ years ERP system experience and will need to possess the analytical skills to interpret data and summarize findings to management (Syteline ERP experience highly preferred). Minimum 1 year Modula Vertical Lift and Auto Tool Crib experience (preferred). Minimum 1 year Warehouse Management Software experience (WMS) (required). 3+ years of experience in inventory, distribution, and operational procedures.
