Manager of Therapy Services

Responsibilities
The Manager of Therapy Services has overall accountability for the outcomes of the care and services provided in all outpatients, extended service, contract, clinic and contract Rehab Services areas. He/she enhances patient care effectiveness and efficiency through application of leadership principles. As Manager, establishes partnership relationships to promote quality care across the continuum. Is responsible for producing, nurturing and sustaining a professional practice environment that affords and enhances patient care effectiveness and efficiency through leadership to multidisciplinary teams, effective physician relationships, and a shared vision and dedication to the future of Aspirus Inc. The Manager of Rehab Services shall be responsible for overall service, integrity, quality, patient satisfaction, fiscal performance, human resources and program development.
Hours : Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, Monday – Friday day shift.
Qualifications
Knowledge of patient care standards and management practices is normally acquired through completion of a degree in a health-related field.
A master’s degree in a health or business-related field beneficial.
Minimum of five years’ experience in a Rehab related profession required.
Previous experience in the supervision of personnel, evaluation of the quality and appropriateness of patient care, budget preparation and resource utilization beneficial.
Membership in appropriate professional organizations is beneficial.
