Human Resources Generalist
Cascade Receivables Management, LLC ("CRM"),a member of the Cascade365 Family of Companies – on-site position in Phoenix, AZ.
Our Company CRM is growing and we are looking for a few great employees who want to be part of a rewarding, fast-paced and team-orientated environment. Founded in 2006, Cascade Receivables Management (“CRM”) is a leading financial services company that provides accounts receivable liquidity solutions to the consumer finance and healthcare industries. In addition to supporting the specialty finance activities of its sister company, Cascade Capital, CRM’s suite of products and services include master servicing, third party collections, and revenue cycle optimization. Position Overview The Human Resources (HR) Generalist will be responsible for all HR functions. This includes recruitment and orientation, compliance and employee relations, employee benefits and compensation, payroll, HRIS system, workers compensation and leave administration, and performance management. This position will administer policies, procedures, and manage data. Create and implement an HR business plan on an annual basis; monitor and report on progress quarterly. Handle HR initiatives with senior leadership for implementation using a collaborative process. Responsibilities: Recruiting - Manage all recruiting functions; focus on the quality of new hires for job success and retention. Talent Management - Provide guidance on performance management including coaching and counseling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary action. Handle on boarding and off boarding. Payroll - Administer bi-weekly payroll accurately, ensuring all wage and hour laws are followed. HRIS System Configuration &
Administration Compliance - Manage HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with applicable governing agencies, and all federal,
state, and local laws. Benefits & Compensation – Administer benefit programs including leaves and workers compensation. Ensure fair compensation practices throughout the organization. Employee Relations – Listen to employees’ concerns and answer their questions. Manage and resolve employee issues. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, related field, or SHRM/HCI Certification. 3+ years as an HR Manager or Generalist Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong knowledge of federal, state, local employment laws and compliance. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to model professionalism and provide a positive role model for the organization. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced fluid work environment. Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, experience with HRIS systems (Bamboo HR aplus.) Payroll experience preferred. Ability to travel by car and plane to California location quarterly or as needed.
