Chandler Place Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking a high-performing Senior Living Sales & Marketing Director. You will be responsible for leading all sales and marketing activity, including community engagement, referral source outreach, lead generation, inquiry management, tours, and closing. The objective is to support prospective residents and their families in evaluating senior care options and demonstrating that Navion is the best choice. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.
Chandler Place has partnered with Tapcheck, a mobile app that allows team members to access earned wages instantly, promoting financial empowerment and stability.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy. Monitor and evaluate marketing and sales program effectiveness. Plan and execute marketing activities and events. Manage marketing budget. Coordinate with ED and RSDM on advertising needs. Achieve monthly sales activity standards, including follow-ups, professional calls, and lead generation. Meet move-in and census goals or identify barriers. Respond promptly to inquiries. Develop referral networks with professionals and agencies. Attend community events and foster positive relations. Research local competition and market rates. Maintain resident and inquiry records in the move-in database. Distribute mailings to prospects and residents. Communicate effectively regarding move-ins and resident needs. Prepare weekly and quarterly census reports. Order promotional supplies within budget. Conduct presentations for prospects and families. Support assessment processes for resident eligibility. Qualifications: Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Ability to manage the sales process from inquiry to close. Strong understanding of Navion Senior Solutions offerings and competitive positioning. Team-oriented with excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
