R-101893**Job Description:**### ### **Key Responsibilities****Campus Strategy & Relationship Management*** Develop and execute a regionally aligned campus recruitment strategy across India markets.* Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, student organizations, and career services.* Identify and prioritize target schools based on business needs, diversity goals, and talent pipelines.**Recruitment & Candidate Experience*** Manage full-cycle recruitment for graduate and internship programs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.* Partner with hiring managers and training to understand talent needs and ensure alignment with hiring goals.* Deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience across all touch-points.**Program Design & Execution*** Collaborate with business leaders to design and evolve internship and graduate programs.* Support onboarding, training, and performance tracking for early talent cohorts.* Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and data.**Employer Branding & Events*** Plan and execute on-campus and virtual events, including career fairs, case competitions, and speaker sessions.* Partner with marketing to develop region-specific branding campaigns and digital content.* Leverage social media and alumni networks to amplify brand presence.**Data & Reporting*** Track key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, diversity, time-to-fill) and provide insights to stakeholders.* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal hiring policies across India markets.### **Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.* 5+ years of experience in campus or early careers recruitment, preferably in a regional or global organization.* Deep understanding of the APAC university landscape and cultural nuances.* Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.* Willingness to travel across the region during peak campus seasons.### **Preferred Qualifications*** Experience with applicant tracking systems like Workday.* Familiarity with diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive recruitment practices in PAN India.* Fluency in English.## AML RightSource is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
