Business Immigration Paralegal

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Immigration Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in managing immigration cases, ensuring compliance with legal procedures, and providing exceptional support to clients throughout the immigration process. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. Duties Conduct interviews with clients to gather necessary information for immigration applications and petitions. Review and prepare legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Manage legal case files using iManage or similar case management software, maintaining organized records of all documentation. Transcribe legal correspondence and documentation as needed for case preparation. Assist attorneys in litigation processes related to immigration matters when required. Collaborate with team members on project management tasks to ensure timely completion of client requests. Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies that may affect client cases. Provide support in areas such as Environmental law, Patent law, and Estate planning as they relate to immigration issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred. Proven experience as a paralegal or in a related field, particularly in immigration law is highly desirable. Strong skills in document review and legal case management are essential. Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Familiarity with project management principles is a plus. Proficiency in legal research tools and software applications relevant to the role. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are critical for success in this position. Job Type:
